FIRST
Make a new layer on the picture, as curves.
Curves = 195 > 228 but you may want to adjust for each picture.
I love curves and I abuse it. It give a blah picture depth and brightens and lightens colors.
so it SHOULD look like this or around there
SECOND
new layer > color balance
-50, 0, 26
*it probably looks blueish and weird its ALRIGHT
THIRD
New layer - Hue/Sat/Lightness
master = 39, yellow = (-70) yes NEGATIVE
VOILA!!

Crop as desired, then SHARPEN that is very important sharpen one or two times to give it a very nice look.
