1. Open you base, crop to 100 X 100 Pixels. And perpare in which everyway you normally do.

2. Duplicate your base and set to Softlight 100% Opacity.

3. Duplicate you base again a drag to the top, set to Luminosity 100%.

4. Go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

5. Open the Channel Mixer, Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer

7. Now Color Balance, go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance

Set this Layer to Color 70% Opacity.

And your done, simple right?

If your image comes out to blue, remove or lower the Channel Mixer.
