Steps: 9
1) Crop your image to 100x100 to your liking.
2) Create a new Channel Mixer layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Channel Mixer) with these settings:
Red
Red: +100
Green: 20
Constant: -20
3) Create a new Color Balance layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance) with these settings:
Midtones: +80, +20, -20
Shadows: -17, +16, +34
Highlights: 0, +10, +10
4) Create a new Hue/Saturation layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation) with these settings:
Yellows: 0, -25, 0
5) Create a new Brightness/Contrast layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>B/C) with these settings:
Brightness: +5
Contrast: +34
6)Create a new Selective Color layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>SC) with these settings:
Reds: +32, +24, -45, -37
Neutrals: +8, +5, -9, 0
Blacks: 0, +8, 0, -9
7) Create a new Fill layer (Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color) with these settings:
Color: #0d1974 set to Lighten at 64%
8) Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set it to Darken at 100%.
9) (Optional) Duplicate the base layer, but leave it directly on top of the Base Layer. Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and match this setting:
Radius: 1.5; Set the layer to Soft Light at 50%.
