1. Open up your base and perpare in the way you normally do, i tend to leave this till the end.
2. Create a curves layer by going Layer < New Adjustment Layer > Curves
(If your image is very dark you may need to duplicate this step, or add a screen layer)

3. Go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Blance

4. Open the secletive coloring, go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring

5. Duplicate your base, drag to the top and set to Luminosity 100% Opacity
6. Open the Channel Mixer layer. Go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer

Set this Layer to 70% Opacity
7. Open another Curves Layer and input
Output: 56

Set this layer to Lighten Color 90% Opacity
