How do they make them??? I love the effect and I'm wondering if this could be done with Photoshop.
It looks like it's a regular picture (photograph) that's either zooming in or out, but it's actually video and it's moving [very slow like]. It's kind of weird to explain. Here is a link to the 2 commercials. I'm sure I've seen more video, but this will give you an idea of what I am talking about ...
