01. Have your picture ready. Crop it, re-size. Make it brighter. Soft Light Layer, it. Whatevs, I don't care. Do what you wanna do. :)

02. New Layer >> Soft Light 100% >> #faed54
03. Hue/Sat >>
Reds >>>
Hue >> -29
Sat >> 30
Yellows >>>
Hue >> -6
Sat >> 10
04. Colour Balance >>
This part really depends on your picture. I usually play around with this.. a lot. :)
Midtones >> 18, 0, 32
Shadows >> -13, 0, 8
Highlights >> 0, 0, 21
Merge All.
You're done!
Obviously, you need to play around with everything, so it fits your picture.
Help! My picture came out too red! What do I do?
Don't fear, my dear! Reduce some of the saturation on the Reds Hue/Sat layer, and increase the Cyans, and Blues in your Colour Balance layer.

Though, I'm assuming that the example above, might be more common. If your picture does end up too blue, some how..
Increase the Magentas, and Reds in your Colour Balance layer.
