- Open your picture and crop it duplicate it set it to screen if it nessecry and LEAVE the sharpen part to the last step ..

-Curves :
RBG: 1st point: O:157, I:123
2nd point: move the point in the left corner to O:0, I:21
Red: O:152, I:132

-Channel Mixer:
R:+96, 0, 0, Constant: 0
G:0, +99, 0, Constant: -2
B:0, +6, +94, Constant: 0

-New layer and fill it with #dae0eb, set it to Multiply

-Color Balance:
M:+16, 0, -18
S:+14, -5, -13

-Channel Mixer:
R:+100, 0, 0, Constant: -8
G:0, +100, 0, Constant: 0
B:0, 0, +100, Constant: 0

- Levels: change the Output setting, 244, 255 [ try to get it brighter if the end result looks dark ] and set it to Color Burn

-Create a new layer fill it with #b7d8e7 set it to Color Burn

-Curves: RGB: O:128 ,I:112
Red: O:172 ,I:152 ..
Blue: 1st point: O:234, I: 236
2nd point: O:159, I:165
3rd point: O:78, I:73

-the last step go to your base and Sharpen it and Fade the sharpen to 50% ..
