Here we go!
Start with your 100x100 bsae


I sharpened mine a tiny bit, and then faded the sharpen. I duplicated it, and set the layer to screen at 17%. It completely depends on your image though.


New Curves layer
Reds-Input=72, Output=87
Greens- Input=81, Output=104


New Selective Color Layer
Reds- -25,-100,100
Yellows- -100,0,0,0
Cyans- 100,0,0,0
Whites- 0,0,-100,0
Neutrals- -15,0,-20,0


New Selective Color Layer
Reds- -100,0,100,0
Yellows- -100,0,100,0
Cyans- 100,0,0,0
Whites- 0,0,-100,0
Neutrals- 15,0,-40,0


New Selective Color Layer
Reds- -100,0,100,0
Yellows- -100, -100,100,0
Cyans- 100,0,0,0
Whites- 0,0,100,0
Neutrals- -15,0,-11,0
SET IT TO DARKEN


New  Hue/Saturation Layer
Master Saturation to +10
Red Saturation to +14


New Colo Fill Layer-fill with 4f4f53, set to Multiply at 40%


New Brightness/Contrast Layer
Up the contrast to +38


New Photo Filter Layer
Go to Cooling Filter (82) and put it at 10% Density




And that's it! A couple words of warning. With a lot of images this tut makes them go pretty yellow, so you might want tone down a few steps. I personally love yellow coloring however.
