I decided to do this one in Paint Shop Pro.
Before we get started, please don't stick to these rules 100 percent. Adjust as your base is needing.

Here we go!!

1. Duplicate base - Screen 100%
2. New Layer - Dodge 100% - #00003F
3. New Adjustment - Hue/Sat/Light
Master = H +26, S +56
Red = H +2, S +20
-- Set layer to Saturation 100%
4. Duplicate base - top - Soft Light 59%
5. New Adjust - Color Balance
Master -80, 0, -29
Highlight 0, 0, -13
-- make sure luminosity box is checked!
6. Merge & Sharpen, and thats it!!

Now I tried a few different images, and have found some tricks.

If TOO RED/Purple... change color balance to
M -98, 68, -58
H 12, 0, -29
S -46, 0, 8

And if Too Yellowish, change color balance to
S 0, 0, 13
M -38, 2, 80
H -5. 11. -20

And here are some of my results!!

I'd love to see your results, so please share!!
