Two Questions - Inner Bevel and Animated Background
This icon was made for my personal journal by

Two questions...first of all (and I use Paint Shop Pro 6), I've tried tweaking with the inner bevel settings to get an angular, jaggedy raised look to words, but they end up looking like this instead:

What settings would be good to make the raised word look more like the one increepxcake's icon?
Also, how do I make the slanted animation that appears in the background?

I came up with this by using an inner bevel, then pasting an emboss layer overtop. Pretty near what I wanted. :)
