Light Texture Question

This probably isn't allowed and I sincerely apologize but I really need help and couldn't think where else I could post this question. I have been looking long and hard for soft light textures like the ones used here:

by objection_icons AND
by overstreets

Is there anyone out there who knows where I can get them?!!! Any help would be awesome!
