Take your base. Here is mine (don't steal):


1. Fill layer #c80500 set to exclusion 35%

2. Fill layer # 517200 set to exclusion 35%

3. Duplicate base on top and set to colour

4. Fill layer #000054 set to exclusion 35%

5. New curves layer
RGB: 191, 218
2nd point: 99, 106
BLUE: 194, 177
2nd point: 56, 70

6. Selective colour layer:
REDS: -61, 0,+10,+42
YELLOWS: 0,0, +35, 0
WHITES: 0, 0, 0, -41
BLACKS: 0, 0, 0, +37

7. Fill layer #ebf4ea set to colour burn
and you're done!
