Kristen Bell Icon Tutorial
Hey!!
This is my second tutorial in the history and mi first icon tutorial here!!
I've done it today and... I hope you like it and you understand it!
I've put the psd file too because my PS english vocabulary.. isn't a great thing!
How to go from THIS
--> TO 
- DOne with Adobe Photoshop CS.
- Level - Easy.
- Includes the PSD file.
Remember it always depends on you base!Where the colouring could be great or.. horrible!
It's a bit long but so easy you'll see!!
1.First of all take your photo and resize it to icon format (100x100)
2.Duplicate your base and set it to soft light %59.
3.Duplicate again your base and set it to screen %50.
4.Open a Hue/Saturation layer:
-all: 0,20,0
5.Open a new color layer fill it with D2C9B4 and set it to overlay %50.
6. Open another color layer fill it with B69A9A and set it to overlay too %60.
7. Open a new selective colouring layer #1:
-reds: -100,2,12,21
-yellows: -100,21,100,22
-blues: 0,0,0,2
-whites: -81,21,-2,-22
-neutrals: -16,-1,9,-9
8. Open another selective colouring layer #2:
-reds: -100,0,100,0
-yellows: 40,-40,-100,30
-neutrals: 18,0,-11,-8
9. Open another selective colouring layer #3:
-reds: -13,24,10,8
-yellows: 100,15,23,-28
-neutrals: 18,-6,-12,-7
10.Open another selective colouring layer #4:
-blacks: 100,0,0,-3
11.Open another selective colouring layer #5:
-reds: -16,14,13,8
-yellows: -22,-27,-39,-28
* I know it looks awful but don't worry we'll fix it!
12. Take this texture and make it smaller and place it in the right open corner and set it to screen %70.
13. Take the texture again and erase the flower, and set it o screen %100.
14. I use the font Pea Angedawn to write "kris bell"
15. I duplicate the text layer.
16. Copy and paste all what you've got (I think that it is called merge or something like that!) and set this layer to soft light %25.
17. Take this light texture and set it to screen %51
18. Take this light texture and set it to lighten %30
19. Take this written texture and set it to trama %100
20. Open a new hue/saturation layer:
-all: 0,6,0
-reds: 0,-31,0
-yellows: 0,-2,0
21. Open a new color layer and fill it with 0F0A33 and set it to exclusion %79.
22. Open the the las color layer and fill it with 68D1D5 and set it to soft light &65.
