Translatable No (involves selective coloring)
1. Duplicate your image and set it to screen. Make the opacity whatever looks good.. I set mine to 56%
2. Make a new layer and fill it with #FFFC00. Set it at Soft Light with 70% opacity.
3. Make a new selective color layer..
Reds
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 100
Black: 100
Yellows
Cyan: -7
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -25
Black: 0
Magentas
Cyan: -100
Magenta: -55
Yellow: -11
Black: 0
Neutrals
Cyan: 67
Magenta: -16
Yellow: -50
Black: +30
4. You're done! I sharpened mine and cropped it to 100x100px, but do whatever you'd like. Some images may look better with more cyan and less yellows. Just fool around with the settings.
