My fourth Icon Tutorial! Yay!

Involves: Color Fill, Channel Mixer, Textures & Color Balance!
Steps: 11!





Take any picture you like! Crop it, Sharpen it, anything! I'm going to use a picture of the Jonas Brothers for this tutorial!



Step One
Duplicate your base & set it to Screen at 50%

Step Two
Create A Channel Mixer Layer
Red:130; -70; 40
Green: -10; 100; -10;
Blue: -20; 0; 100

Step Three
Create a Curves Layer
Red - First point: 202; 176; Second point: 137; 148

Step Four
Create a Color Balance Layer
M: -20; 0; 0
S: 0; -20; 0
H:-20; 0; 0

Step Five
Create a Raster Layer & Fill it with #eae4b8

Step 6
Duplicate Channel Mixer, drag to top set it to Lighten at 47%

Step 7
Duplicate base, drag to top and set it to Screen at 28%

Step 8
Duplicate Channel Mixer once again, drag to the top and set it to Multiply at 22%

Step 9
Take the texture below and set it to Screen 100% (Texture by ??)

Step 10
Take the Texture Below and set it to Screen 100% (Texture by ??)

Step 11
Take the texture below and set it to Screen 100% (Texture by me!)

Note: The last two icons, Duplicate your base and drag it on top of Step 7 & set it to Darken at 47%!
