1. Prepare your base for editing, crop, sharpen etc. I sharpened the base then softened the skin.
2. Duplicate your layer, then go to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Hue/Saturation/Lightness. Make the settings: 0, 35, 0
3. Repeat that step, still on the duplicated base.
4. Make a new raster layer (Layers > New Raster Layer), fill it with #17FFE6 and set it to Darken at 32%.
5. Go back to the original image, duplicate it again, bring it to the top and set it to Screen at 52%.
6. Make another raster layer, fill it with the color #E78E01 and set it to Hard Light at 24%.
7. Duplicate the base picture once again, drag it to the top of all the layers and set it to Luminance.
8. Make another raster layer, fill it with the color #17FFE6 and set it to Overlay at 8%.
9. Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Color Balance , -83, -45, -18.
