I have a problem with PowerDVD, which I never used to have. Everytime I go to open up a video, it opens up, yet I can only hear it and there's no actual video to take screencaps with. It's weird because it opens up successfully with DivX, but I don't what's wrong with my PowerDVD because it was working fine a few weeks ago... and I can't take screencaps with DivX. If anyone has any suggestions, that would help me a lot!
