Involves Selective Color layers
A total of ten steps

This.  To.
01. Crop your image to 100 x 100.
02. Duplicate your base and set to Sharpen at 50% (May need to lower opercity)
03. Create a new layer and fill with 140b01. Set to Exclusion at 100%
04. Then go to Image - Apply Image - Blending: Multiply
05. Create a new layer and fill with 29748f. Set to Color Burn at 15%
06. Create a new layer and fill with ebebeb. Set to Screen at 10%
07. Create a Color Balance layer and keep as Normal at 50% -

Midtones: -25 -18 +5
Shadows: +15 +23 +6
Highlights: -20 -10 +9

08. Create a Selective Color layer and keep as Normal at 20% -

REDS: -39 +25 +9 +0
YELLOWS: -100 +33 +15 +0
CYANS: -100 -59 -100 +0
WHITES: +100 -34 -16 -22
NEUTRALS: +11 +4 +8 -6

09. Create a Color Balance layer and keep as Normal at 39% -

Midtones: +9 -2 -13

10. Create a Channel Mixer layer -

Red: +114 -30 +18 +0
Green: +16 +83 +9 +0
Blue: +16 -10 +102 +0

11. Duplicate your base and drag to the top. Set to Soft Light at 10%

You're DONE!
