Involves Selective coloring, sorry.

001. Dublicate your base, and put it on Soft Light 100%
002. Make a new fill layer, with #2b1616, set it to Soft Light 100%
003. Dublicate your base again, go to Image>Asjustments>Desaturate. Put the layer on Luminosity 100%, drag it to the top.
004. Make a new Selective Coloring layer, with the following settings;
REDS: -100, 0, +100, 0
YELLOWS: -30, 0, -28, 0
WHITES: -53, -14, -29, +10
NEUTRALS: +9, +2, -8, 0

005. Dublicate the desaturated layer, and drag it to the top.
006. Make a new Color Balance layer;
MIDTONES: -14, -2, -6
SHADOWS: -16, -4, -4
HIGHLIGHTS: -5, -1, -1

007. Make a new Channel Mixer layer;
RED
Red: +102%
Green: -4%
Blue: +1%
Constant: -1%

GREEN
Red: -2%
Green: +100%
Blue: +2%
Constant: +1%

BLUE
Red: +4%
Green: +1%
Blue: +100%
Constant: +1%

Put this layer on 50%

008. Dublicate the Channel Mixer layer, and put it on Hue 100%
009. Dublicate the desaturated layer agian, and drag it to the top
010. Dublicate the base, drag it to the top, and set it on Luminosity 50%
011. Make a new Curves layer;
RGB
Point one, Output: 60, Input: 51
Point two, Output: 134, Input: 129
RED
Output: 111, Input: 125
GREEN
Output: 124, Input: 123
BLUE
Point one, Output: 65, Input: 63
Point two, Output: 125, Input: 122

012. Dublicate the desaturated layer agian, drag it to the top, and put it on 50%

And done!

If you want the second result, add this Curves layer;
RGB
Point one, Output: 79, Input: 64
Point two, Output: 129, Input: 122
RED
Output: 119, Input: 144
GREEN
Output: 128, Input: 130
BLUE
Point one, Output: 57, Input: 60
Point two, Output: 125, Input: 119

And, finally, FINISHED!
