Questions

I'm sure this has been asked many times already, but... How do get these effects? The petal animation, the light to brighten certain parts of the icon and the water moving effect? Any help would be most appreciated! It would be really helpful if you direct me to tutorials, I'm not very good with the terms that some of you intelligent people with PSP use (And by saying this, I use Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop 3). ^_^;; Credit to Blumchen for the first 2 icons and Cdg_Icons for the third.
