Tut One -

Duplicate your base and set to screen.
New Adjustment layer, brightness/contrast, contrast = +15.
New fill layer, #ffcbd8, set to sofltight.
New fill layer, #f1e2cd, set to colour burn.
New Adjustment layer, hue/saturation, Master Sat = +23.
New fill layer, #0a0e17, set to exclusion.
Paste this texture and set to multiply

Tut Two -

Duplicate your base twice and set both to screen. Duplicate again, drag to top and set to softlight, 50%.
New fill layer, #cfffff, set to colour burn
New fill layer, #0a0e17, set to exclusion
New Adjustment layer, Hue/Saturation, Master sat = +20
New fill layer, #0a0e17, set to exclusion (you can just duplicate the first exclusion layer if you want and drag it up)
New fill layer, #95bbc8, set to colour burn.
