Kristen Stewart Colouring Tutorial
Go from this:

Program: PSP9
Translateable: I'm not sure - probably
Difficulty: Pretty easy if you know your program.
Please direct comments here if you've got the time!
I started with this image of Kristen Stewart (bigger but resized for space issues). I like working with bigger images so I can worry about cropping later.

Tutorial:
1. Duplicate your base layer and set the duplicate to screen @ 50% Opacity. Also run Auto Saturation Enhancement through this later: More Colourful/Strong/Skintones Present Off
2. New raster layer. Fill with a Navy Blue colour, I used #0b1b4f. Set this to 40% Opacity and Exclusion.
3. New raster layer. Fill with a Dark Red/Marone colour, I used #400000. Set this to 100% Opacity and Exclusion.
4. New raster layer. Fill with a Coral colour, I used #fadba5. Set this to 40% Opacity and Burn.
5. Merge all.
6. Sharpen your image once and then add the Unsharp Mask option x2 (Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask). Settings= R: 60 / S: 10 / C: 0
7. I then copied the finished image onto a new 100x100 image and resized until it was how I wanted it!
NOTE: Edit the steps according to what works best for your image.
