So I was dicking around with CS2 and I noticed that I don't use fill layers very often (actually never) so I was experimenting and came up with this! Mind you, this wasn't the icon I was experimenting on so I had to adjust the settings to work with it (that's if your wondering why in hell the opacities are like super low). Anyhoo, enough with my blehness and let's commence :3

1. Duplicate and set to screen: 68%
2. Fill new layer with #E5E5E5 and set to color burn: 100%
3. Fill new layer with #376f70 set to lighten: 55%
4. Fill new layer with #E02757 set to soft light: 47%
5. Fill new layer with #000325 set to difference: 30%
6. Fill new layer with #BCC2FF set to darken: 54%
7. Fill new layer with #BEFFBC set to soft light: 61%
8. Fill new layer with #470642 set to soft light: 43%
9. New adjustment layer > Selective Color:
Reds: C -36, M 0, Y +100, B +17
Yellows: C +100, M 0, Y -64, B +82
Whites: C +28, M 0, Y -32, B -6
Neutrals: C -4, M 0, Y -11, B +10
Opacity: 79% or to liking.
