First step:
Make a new layer and fill it with #fffc00.
Set to Soft Light 100%.
Second Step:
Make a Selective coloring layer and use these settings;
REDS;
-100,0,+100,+100
YELLOWS;
-23,0,-20
MAGENTAS;
-100,-100,-100,0
NEUTRALS;
+67,-19,-80,+13
Third Step:
Make another new selective coloring layer and use the following settings;
REDS:
-100,100,100,100
YELLOWS:
0,0,-64,0
NEUTRALS:
0,0,0,+15
BLACKS:
0,0,0,+20
Fourth Step:
Make a brightness/contrast layer and use these settings;
Brightness:-4
Contrast:+9
Fifth Step:
Make another Selective coloring layer and use these settings;
BLACKS;
0,0,0,+100
Sixth Step:
Duplicate your selective coloring layer in step 5.
Seventh Step:
Make a new layer and flood fill it with,
#a1a19b and set the layer to Multiply 30%.
Eighth and last step:
Make a selective coloring layer and use these settings;
WHITES;
+100,0,0,0
BLACKS;
0,0,0,+100.
