Prepare your base: crop, sharpen if you want to. I took base with Bill Kaulitz!

9 Steps
1. Duplicate your layer and set to Screen. Opacity 100%
2. Layer ==> New Fill Layer ==> Solid Color ==> 594050 Set to Soft Light. Opacity 100%
3. Layer ==> New Fill Layer ==> Solid Color ==> fffeda Set to Soft Light. Opacity 100%
4. Layer ==> New Fill Layer ==> Solid Color ==> ffa7da Set to Soft Light. Opacity 50%
5. Layer ==> New Adjustment Layer ==> Curves ==> RGB (Input:160/Output:189)
6. Layer ==> New Adjustment Layer ==> Selective Color
Reds
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +25
Black: 0
Yellows
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +50
Yellow: +25
Black: 0
Whites:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +7
Yellow: -100
Black: 0
7. Layer ==> New Adjustment Layer ==> Color Balance
Midtones:
Cyan: +23
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Shadows:
Cyan: +12
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Highlights:
Cyan: -11
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
8. Layer ==> New Adjustment Layer ==> Hue/Saturation (0/+5/0)
9. 7. Layer ==> New Adjustment Layer ==> Channel Mixer
