How to go from this to this

Program used: Photoshop CS2
Translatable: No (selective color)

Step 1:
Prepare your base. Resize, crop, sharpen, etc.

Step 2:
Duplicate your base and set to screen. I set mine at 36% opacity, but it depends on your image.

Step 3:
Create a new selective color layer with these settings:

reds:
-56, +45, 0, 0
whites:
+86, +24, +10, -17
neutrals:
+36, +15, -11, -11
blacks:
+88, +5, 0, -11

Step 4 (optional):
Create a new brightness/contrast layer with these settings:

brightness:
+9
contrast:
+4

Step 5:
Add this texture (i forget where i got it x_x) and to screen.

Step 6:
Make a new layer and add this brush from alterna666 on deviantart in white.

Step 7:
Duplicate the circle brush layer and go to filter>pixelate>fragment. That's it!

If anyone tries this, I'd love to see results! :D
