{ touch your base up however you need to. for this picture, i duplicated the base, set to screen at 43%, then duplicated it again, set to soft light at 100%. }
STEP ONE*
layer - new fill layer - solid color. fill with bfdee4 - soft light - 64%.
STEP TWO*
layer - new adjustment layer - channel mixer.
red: 97, -10, 16
green: 13, 89, 2
blue: -49, 63, 89
STEP THREE*
layer - new adjustment layer - selective coloring.
reds: -100, 34, 100, -41
yellows: 1, 0, 25, -37
cyans: 32, 19, -100, -37
whites: 32, 16, -27, -24
neutrals: -14, 0, 6, -27
blacks: -13, 12, 13, -14
STEP FOUR*
layer - new adjustment layer - selective coloring.
reds: -27, 10, -13, -15
yellows: 16, 16, -27, -17
whites: 11, 11, -3, 0
neutrals: 8, -4, 9, -16
STEP FIVE*
layer - new adjustment layer - selective coloring. { i know you hate me for 3 SC's in a row. =P }
reds: -100, 30, 100, -17
yellows: 100, 0, -49, -32
whites: 4, -13, -2, -12
neutrals: -12, 1, 10, -14
STEP SIX*
duplicate your base, drag it to the top, and set it to multipy anywhere between 30 - 50% opacity. for this one, i used 30.
STEP SEVEN*
layer - new adjustment layer - hue/saturation.
up the saturation to what suits your image. i used 21 for this, but i think anywhere between 20-30 will be perfect.
STEP EIGHT*
layer - new adjustment layer - selective coloring. { last one, i promise! }
reds: 21, 13, -19,, 13
yellows: 33, 1, -44, 0
whites: 43, 12, -20, -22
neutrals: -15, 9, 13, -12
STEP NINE*
layer - new fill layer - solid color. fill with 679177 - soft light - 53%.
STEP TEN*
layer - new fill layer - solid color. fill with c1dfe3 - color burn - 96%. { you might have to lower this though. }
and you're done! :]
