	duplicate your base twice and set both to screen 100%

	create a new layer, flood fill with #003660 and set to exclusion at 55%
before	how	after
	create a new layer, flood fill with #92cae7 and set to softlight 100%
before	how	after
	select all (ctrl+a) copy all into one layer(ctrl+shift+c) and paste (ctrl+v). Set layer to color burn 100%
before	how	after
	create a selective color layer with these settings: Reds: cyan (-100), magenta (+17), yellow (+37), black (+84) Yellows: cyan (+98), magenta (-90), yellow (-16), black (+64) Cyans: cyan (-65), magenta (+60), yellow (-76), black (-28)
