What is that small font I see in tons of icons? It is usually white and outlined in black and looks crystal clear when tiny?

I checked the memories but i probably missed it. If you could point me towards an entry about it or give me any help on how to get it. I have PSP 8 and 9 (2 computers) by the way, if that matters.
