Prepare Your Base...

1. Duplicate Base (Set Layer - Screen 100%)
2. New Raster Layer - Floodfill #c6ad82 (Set Layer - Multiply 100%)
3. Color Balance Layer - Mid: -96,-80,7 Shad: 0,0,0 Hilight: 6,-46,71 (Set Layer - Saturation (L) 100%)
4. New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Sat/Light - Yellows = -40 (Set Layer - Normal 100%)
5. Channel Mixer Layer - RED: 100,0,0,0 GREEN: 0,100,0,0 BLUE: -76,112,114,0 (Set Layer - Normal 100%)
6. Merge All Flatten Finished!

Other Result - If you want the eyes to stand out...

I followed the tutorial exactly, but right before the brownish multiply layer, I added two fills layers both set to burn with this code #c0ffff and I also duplicated the base twice, set the first to screen, second to softlight and that's it..
Note: Works Best On Blondes
