I need help. I'm trying to make an icon with a motion blur effect. I found a tutorial in the memories, but it didn't exactly help me very much because when I actually go to animate it I'm very confused about tweening it. I'm also confused as to how many layers you need for the motion blur. I don't really understand tweening it does. It just keeps giving me blank layers when I do it. So I just got frustrated and decided to ask if maybe anyone could lead me in the direction of a very detailed motion blur effect for Photoshop / Image Ready. So yeah, if anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it..
