1. Sharpen icon, duplicate it set to softlight 100% and go to gaussian blur set raidus to 1.3

2. Since my icon turned dark I just did a curves layer, which this step depends on your image

3. New fill layer: fill with F7EBCD set to multiply 100%

4. Channel Mixer:
Red: 78,-6,8
Green: -14,108,-2
Blue: -12,14,100

5. New fill layer: fill with 9E998F set to softlight 100%

6. Hue and Saturation:
Master Sat: 21

7. New fill layer: fill with 292049 set to Exclusion 100%

8. Brightness/Contrast:
Brightness: 3
Contrast: 31

9. New fill layer: fill with FDFBEE set to color burn 100%

10. Color Balance:
Midtones: 6,1,20
Shadows: 1,16,-4
Highlights: 16,-21,-11

11. Levels:
RGB: 0,1.11,234
Red: 0,0.81,217
Green: 21,1.10,234
Blue: 22,1.12,233

And you're done!
