Start with your base. I am using this one from the movie Atonement [I made this icon base]
1. DUPLICATE YOUR BASE and set it to SCREEN 60%
2. DUPLICATE YOUR BASE again and set to SOFTLIGHT 100%
3. DUPLICATE the SOFTLIGHT LAYER and leave at 100%
4. Make a new FILL LAYER with the color 0A0932 and set to EXCLUSION 100%
5. Make a new FILL LAYER with the color F3DABB and set to MULTIPLY 62%
6. Make a new FILL LAYER with the color FBF3C5 and set to MULTIPLY 35%
7. DUPLICATE YOUR BASE and DRAG TO THE TOP. Set this layer to LIGHTEN 47%
8. Make a new SELECTIVE COLORING LAYER with these settings:
Reds: -100, 17, 46, 15
Yellows: 53, 0, -7, 0
Neutrals: 12, 4, -8. -9
Set this selective coloring layer to LIGHTEN 50%
9. Make a new LEVELS LAYER with these settings:
Red: 0, 1.18, 255
Green: 0, 1.08, 242
Blue: 0, 1.13, 255
And you are FINISHED!!!

Set this selective coloring layer to LIGHTEN 50%
9. Make a new LEVELS LAYER with these settings:
Red: 0, 1.18, 255
Green: 0, 1.08, 242
Blue: 0, 1.13, 255
And you are FINISHED!!!
