o1. Open your base, crop it and set it on screen (1oo%)

o2. Make a color balance layer (Layer; New Adjustment Layer; Color Balance)
And do this settings:
Midtones: -1oo; o; +65
Shadows: -63; -29; o
Highlights: +26; o; -18

o3. Duplicate your Color Balance Layer.

o4. Open up Hue/ Saturation (Layer; New Adjustment Layer; Hue/ Saturation)
The settings are:
Master Saturation: -19

o5. Copy your base and drag it to the top. Set it on Soft Light (1oo%)

o6. Create a new fill layer (Layer; New Fill Layer; Solid) with #d5c6a5, set in on Linear Burn (1oo%)

That's it, you're done.
