We´re going from this
to 1. Rezise and crop your base.
2. Duplicate your base, add a Gaussian blur 2,5 and set this layer to soft light 100%.
3. Add a new color fill layer #FED5D5 and set it to color burn 100%.
4. Add a new color balance
Shadows: -27,-10,+8
Midtones: +4,+20,+23
Highlights: +21,+8,-2
5. Now add a new selective coloring layer

Yellows: -100,0,+100,-45
Neutrals: +23,+14,0,-15
6. Add a new brightness/contrast layer

7. Now add a second selective coloring layer

Blues: +100,+79,+100,0
Magentas: -100, +100,0,0
Whites: +100,0,0,0
Neutrals: +10,+5,+3,+3
8. Add a second brightness/contrast layer

10. I added the Text “KATE WALSH” in Georgia 12px and an outer glow.
11. Finally I added some sparkle lights (I don´t know anymore who makes it. If you know, then tell me and I´ll add the credit.)
Now you´re done!
