Number three. Create a Selective Coloring layer:

CYANS: +100 +35 +39 -29
BLUES: +100 -15 -15 +39

Number four. Create another Selective Coloring layer:

Number six: Create a Color Balance layer:

Number seven. Duplicate your base and bring it to the top and set to: Luminosity at 50%
