Blue: -2,-4,144

5. Selective Color:
Reds: -44,15,35,23
Yellows: -91,15,-20,25
Nuetrals: -13,-5,-2,-7

6. Color Balance:
Midtones: -12,-21,-3
Shadows: -8,12,21
Highlights: -8,8,12

7. New fill layer: fill with E5E765 set to softlight 100%

8. New fill layer: fill with E4BEE8 set to Color Burn 100% (you can change the opacity)

9. New fill layer: fill with E1DBDB set to multiply 100%

10. Add this texture by ?:  set to screen 80% and move it around to where you want

And you're done!
