Step one: Duplicate your base and set it to soft light 100%. Sharpen as needed.
Step two: New adjustment level - Color Balance
Midtones:-31,+16,+28
Shadows:-18,+10,+12
Highlights:+11,-5,+17
Step three: New adjustment layer - Selective Coloring
Reds:-16,0,+23,0
Yellows:-20,0,-17,0
Neutrals:+16,0,+8,+14
Step four: New color fill layer - #2b1301 (dark brown) exclusion 100%
Step five: New color fill layer - #010626 (dark blue) exclusion 100%
