1. Open ur pic and desaturate it and resize, sharpen etc. u know : >.
2. Brightness / Contrast: -7, +25.
3. Brightness / Contrast: -7, +28.
3. Merge All.
4. Open a texture, this: (made by: lulubai, thanx!).
5. Now ur 'merge layer' from point 3 carry on this texture^^ (i think u will understand heh).
6. Select and cut place where do u wanna see a texture and click DELETE on ur keyborad. e.g:
