Ok so this is my first tutorial, not the best but I like it xD
1. get your image :)
2. crop, resize, cut to your hearts content
3.Copy your base and set it at screen 70%
4. create a selective colouring layer and put in these adjustments.
Reds - -100/0/+100/+19
Yellows - 0/0/+100/-36
Cyans - +100/+100/0/0
Magentas - -100/+100/-100/+11
Whites - 0/0/0/-100
Blacks - 0/0/0/+100
And thats you done :)
