1. Open your base. Do all the jazz you normally do to prepare your base.
2. Make a new fill layer and flood with 764300 and set to Exclusion 50%.
3. Now duplicate your base and drag to the top. Set it to Softlight 40%
4.Now the find stuff! Go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance and in put all this. Make sure Preserve Luminosity is ticked.

5. Go Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
