Step 1: I'm using the following Angelina Jolie image, Now crop & resize
Step 2: Channel Mixer: Output channel : Red
Source Channels:
red: +70
green: -4
blue: +8
constant: 0
Step 3: Selective Coloring:
Reds: -100, 0, +90, +80
Yellows: -17, 0, -6, 0
Step 4: Color Balance:
Highlights: -23, -27, +3
Step 5: Color Balance:
Highlights: +14, +14, +3
Step 6: Selective Coloring:
Whites: +89, -19, +60, 0
Step 7: Color Balance:
Midtones: 0, +12, -13
Highlights: +5, -15m +4
Shadows: +12, +7, +13
Step 8: Selective Coloring
Reds: -42, +39, +59, +15
Yellows: -57,+9, +33, 0
Whites: +40, -47, -83, -48
Neutrals: +1, -5, +2, 0
And your Finished, you can add text or texture whatever you feel like, i added a brush and then Gaussian Blur it.
