(some steps may need adjusting according to base)

step 1:
crop your picture. fix up however necessary.

step 2:
duplicate your base and set it to screen - 30%

step 3:
new fill layer - #F06EAA and set it to soft light - 20%

step 4:
selective colour layer -
reds: -50, 0, +100, 0
yellows: 0, +50, -50, 0
whites: 0, 0, 0, -20
neutrals: +20, -10, -20, +20

step 5:
duplicate your selective colour layer and set to soft light - 70-100%

step 6:
selective colour layer -
reds: -50, +20, +20, +20
yellows: 0, +60, -50, 0
magentas: 0, -50, 0, 0
neutrals: +10, +5, -5, -5
blacks: 0, 0, 0, +10

step 7:
new fill layer - #0D004C and set it to exclusion - 10-20%

step 8:
select all and copy merged. set to exclusion - 5-10%
