First step:
Make a new layer and fill it with #331a1a and set it to Exclusion.

Second Step:
Duplicate your base and bring is to the top and set it to Soft Light.

Third Step:
Make another layer and fill it with #390808 and set the exclusion.

Fourth and finale Step:
Make a selective coloring layer and use these settings;

Blacks:
0,0,0,100

And now your done. Easy huh?.
