I first start off with a 400x400 image. Just letting you know.

1.) Prepare your base.


2.) Duplicate base, set to screen at 54% opacity.
3.) Duplicate base again set to softlight at 100% opacity. DRAG TO TOP!
4.) Go on Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
 Choose Blue make a point and set to input 169, output 108.

5.) Go on Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance*
*I wanted it more blue, so feel free to change whatever you like (:
Midtones- blue : 52
Shadows- blue : 13
Make sure preserve luminance is checked!

6.) Create new raster layer, fill with #29AFBB and set to softlight at 58% opacity.
7.) Create new raster layer, fill with #0962DB and set to exclusion at 42% opacity.
8.) Duplicate base and set to softlight at 80% opacity.
9.) Go on Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast set contrast to 10

Now go to Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flatten)
Then resize your image to 100x100 icon.
Finished with coloring, now for the textures!

Create a new layer and set it to screen.  Take this texture (i dont know who it is by, sorry!) and paste it onto that layer.
 it should then look like this..

Create yet another layer set it to multiply at 40 opacity, paste this texture then.
 then you have your finished product! WALA --
