Using PS CS2, includes curves.. easily translatable

to


Base:

Step 1
Duplicate your base and set it to screen (100% opacity).

Step 2
Duplicate your base and drag it to the top, set it to soft light (100% opacity). Now go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation and reduce the saturation of the layer by 50%.

Step 3
Create a new layer, fill it with #000033 () and set it to screen (40% opacity).

Step 4
Create a new layer, fill it with #FF80D7 () and set it to soft light (60% opacity).

Step 5
Create a new layer, fill it with #FF80D7 () and set it to color burn (10% opacity).

Step 6
Create a new layer, fill it with #F0D6BE () and set it to color burn (13% opacity).

Step 7
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
Channel: RGB - Input 62, Output 90 / Input 135, Output 171
Channel: Red - Input 108, Output 126
Channel: Green - Input 97, Output 108
Channel: Blue - Input 67, Output 68 / Input 145, Output 143

Step 8
Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top, set it to soft light (22% opacity).

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast - Brightness: +10, Contrast: +6
