Some Qs
I have a bunch of questions that I would love answered since I am about to launch off into a series of matching icons and headers. I use Paint Shop Pro 7 if that helps.
1. How do I border around specific images and not just border around a canvas? Case and point: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v14/dotdotdot156/wafflehousecompletegiff.gif
2. Where can I obtain flimstrip templates of (very) large proportions so as I can produce a header to match an icon I had in mind.
3. How can I produce paint splotches and curly-qs as exemplified by the header of
punkfacex?
I searched the memories for the answers to my questions but the search proved fruitless. Any input would be greatly appreciated... Also is Paint Shop Pro 7 any good or should I move on to bigger pastures (ie: Adobe Photoshop)? I sort of feel PSP7 is super limited
