Okay, let's begin! (:

01. Duplicate your bottom layer and set to 'Exclusion' 25%.
02. Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Colour. Set to 'Colour Burn' and fill with #d5f9ff.
03. Layer >> New Adjustments Layer >> Levels.
       40 ; 1.30 ; 250
04. Layer >> New Adjustments Layer >> Selective Colour.
       Reds: -100; 0; +100; 0;
       Cyans: +100; -57; -100; +100;
       Neautrals: +15; -21; +13; -21;
       Blacks: +100; +100; -16; +100;
05. And if you like, feel free to flatten the image. And your all done :D.
