How to get this:
1. First off sharped base. Then duplicate it, set to softlight 37%, then go to Gaussian Blur and put the radius to 1.3
2. Hue and Saturation:
Master Sat: 27
3. Color balance:
Midtones: -18,9,23
Shadows: -15,-17,-5
Highlights: -38,-16,-19
4. New fill layer: fill with C8C5C5 set to multiply 100%
5. New fill layer: fill with 081936 set to Exclusion 100%
6. New fill layer: fill with AD8641 set to softlight 100%
7. Channel Mixer:
Red: 80,14,-32
Green: -10,116,-26
Blue: 2,16,92
8. Brightness/Contrast:
Brightness: 20
Contrast: 6
9. Color Balance:
Midtones: 5,-5,-10
Shadows: 7,10,6
Highlights: -8,9,-12
10. New fill layer: 9D9494 set to Pin Light 100%
11. New fill layer: fill with CB909F set to Softlight 100%

1. First I sharpened my base, though it's optional. Since my picture was pretty dark I did a curves layer:
RGB: I: 124 O:140
2. Selective Color:
Reds: -41,6,34,-21
Yellows: -100,10,100,8
Whites: 100,100,100,-13
Neutrals: 26,-9,-23,-13
3. Duplicate your base and set to Softlight 39% and bring to the top
4. Color Balance:
Midtones: 32,25,31
Shadows: -39,-22,-18
Highlights: -3,9,-13
5. New Fill layer, fill with D0D4D5 set to multiply 100%
6. New fill layer fill with D7909F set to Softlight 100%
7. New fill layer fill with 3184A6 set to softlight 44%
8. Hue and Saturation:
Master Sat: 19
9. Brightness/Contrast:
Brightness: 23
Contrast: 6
