Using: Curves, Selective Color, Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast.
Work better with yellowish/darkish images.

Step 1. New cuves layer:
(RGB)
255, 255
97, 163
0, 17

Like that:

Step 2. New Selective color layer
Reds:
-50, 0, 0, +16
Yellows:
+39, -32, -63, 0
Cyans:
+100, -100, -100, +42
Neutrals:
+51, -6, -10, -24

Step 3. New hue/saturation layer
Saturation: +35

Step 4. New selective color layer
Greens: +100, -100, -100, +55
Cyans: +100, +100, -100, +100
Neutrals: +14, +2, -24, 0

Step 5. New brightness/contrast layer:
Brightness: -25
Contrast: +18

Now we are done :)
